Splash Day!  RAIN OR SHINE!!

Splash Day sign-ups are March 3, 2012 @ the Indian Valley College Pool 10 - 12 noon. Come find out more about us, meet the coaches and the Riptide families!

During Splash Day, each new swimmer must be skill tested so they can be placed in the proper practice group. **Each swimmer must be able to swim 25 yards (length of IVC pool) of freestyle (face in water) or backstroke without assistance. 
 
**For the younger swimmers unable to accomplish this, we offer a Jr. Riptide program. All swimmers 8 years or younger must be skill tested at the pool before they can complete their registration.  Our Jrs. must be able to swim 10–15 yards of unassisted freestyle (face in water) or backstroke and should be comfortable in deep water. Jr. Program is limited to 25 swimmers. 
 
What to Bring:
  • Your completed registration packet
  • Your Checkbook or Credit Card...for registration, team suit, clothing, goggles,etc..
  • Your Calendar....we have Riptide events and swim meets in which you'll need to volunteer your time.
  • Your Swim suit...if you care to take a dip.(Families welcome)
     
  • For insurance reasons, children will not be permitted to practice until payment and registration forms are completed.
